PERMANENT JEWELRY is very durable and can last many years if treated properly, but it also depends on your lifestyle and activities.

All sales are final, since it's a custom fit and we are not responsible for misplaced, broken chains or for allergic reactions to metals, but we do offer a 60 day warranty for our weld, which includes repair and reattachment for free when you bring in your chain within 60 days of purchase. If it's after the 60 days, we charge a $15 reweld fee per item.

Removal is easy... You can use a pair of scissors, wire cutters or nail clippers. Please cut the jump ring connector and not the actual chain. You can also come see us and we can cut it for you or re-weld it back on for a fee, so make sure to save your chain. For surgeries/MRI's, please consult your doctor to see if removal is necessary.

And beware when cutting off your wristbands from festivals or events! Yes, we accidentally cut ours off one time!
